Step 1 – Request
Click “Request Return” in your account. We’ll approve within 1 hour and email you a return label.

Step 2 – Ship Back
Print the label, pack the item securely, and ship it back to us.

Step 3 – Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return (within 24 hours), we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days and send you a confirmation email.
